40 years of YWAM in Switzerland

Dear Friends of Youth With A Mission,

Throughout 2009 YWAM is celebrating its 40th anniversary of ministry in Switzerland.

The climax of our festivities will take place during the weekend of 5^th & 6^th September.

On Saturday morning, our centres and several of our ministries will open their doors for you to (re)discover Youth With A Mission from the inside.

The same evening at 7 pm in the "Patinoire de Malley" (Lausanne), we invite you to a «Worship Feast» reminding us of the Worship Concerts which brought together many Christians in French-speaking Switzerland in years past. Loren and Darlene Cunningham, founders of YWAM, as well as many international leaders of our Mission, will be with us.

On Sunday morning, about 40 of our international leaders as well as some of our local YWAMers will be taking part in more than 40 church services throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Why not consider a service with a "missions" flavour at your church on September 6^th?

Our Grande Finale will take place in Lausanne Cathedral on Sunday evening at 6 pm. Let’s fill this venue as together we celebrate God’s faithfulness over the past four decades.
